The Chipo network is opening cafes with grill hot dog points at its own gas stations. The list of pilot filling stations where hot snack sales started includes 6 filling stations in Vinnytsia, Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk regions – № 21 (Lviv, 21 Buika Street), 30 (Ivano-Frankivsk Region, Sniatyn, 1 Grudnia str., 30), 36 (Vinnytsia, Batozka Street, 2d), 37 (Vinnytsia, Cherkaske Shosse, 2), 43 (Lviv Region, Zhvyrka, I. Mazepy Street, 49a), 44 Ivano -Frankivska region., S.Nyzhniy Verbizh, . Ukrainska str., 17b).

According to the company, the goal was to offer the best hot dog in the low-cost segment. Therefore, the suppliers were chosen from among the most famous industrial productions, and the own tasting commission made its choice based on such basic criteria as the ingredients of the sausage and impeccable taste. After all, large networks have already set a high level, which the offered product must meet to be popular with consumers.

To begin with, the network introduced one type of French hot dog priced 22 UAH with the prospect of expanding its product line. In total, at the first stage it is planned to equip a fast food cafe at 16 filling stations of the network within a month.

The novelty was also included in the checklist of the all-Ukrainian inspection of fast food products from the Institute of Consumer Expertise, conducted among filling station networks. Physicochemical and microbiological parameters of food products were studied for compliance with the standards of the highest grade, as well as for compliance with the conditions of storage and cooking. All tests of products presented in the Chipo network were passed successfully. Within the expert tastings, the hot dog received 8 points out of 10 possible. Coffee “to go”, which is now offered to consumers at 29 filling stations of the network, was also highly praised at the tastings.
